Placing an advertisement
By submitting your property advertisement to Capital Residence you
are instructing us to publish your property details on capital-residence.co.uk.
We will also publish your property details on other property portals
to maximise exposure for your property. We are contractually obliged
by these property portals to upload your property details to their
sites. We do not publish your personal information on these sites.
All property advertisements are accepted in good faith and that they
are private sales only. The property information supplied by you must
be honest, accurate and comply with the Property Miss descriptions
act 1991.
Payment must be received before your advertisement is entered on our
site. When payment a For Sale board shall be erected in the vicinity
of your property where geographical constraints allow, we only erect
For Sale Boards at ground level . Whilst we strive to provide a reliable
and error free service it is imperative that Capital residence should
be notified with out delay of any errors contained in your advertisement
in order that they may be corrected.
Posting on other sites
In order to gain maximum market exposure for your property we post
your details on additional sites such as Fish4homes & Propertyfinder.co.uk.
We are contractually obliged with these property portals to list all
of our properties on these sites.
Copyright
Capital Residence exercises the copyright of all property listings
on our site.
Methods of payment
At the moment we only accept payment by cheque or postal order, cheques
should be made payable to Capital Residence Ltd.
Cancellation
It is your right to cancel your order from the time of instructing
us to market your property. If you wish to cancel your listing with
in 7 days or prior to one of our agents visiting your property to
take photographs and erect a for-sale boards, ,which ever is the sooner
you will be eligible to receive a full refund. You may cancel your
order by phone or post by post. Under these circumstances an immediate
and total refund will be forwarded to you.
Complaints
We strive to provide the best service possible, however if you are
in any way dissatisfied with our service we will endeavor to deal
with your complaint and rectify any problems with in 5 days, keeping
you fully informed through out this process.
Please note English Law governs Terms

as a consumer.
