NEW PRIVATE SALES SERVICE LAUNCHED FOR HOME SELLERS

National Residence has launched a new Internet service, designed to help home sellers, sell privately and avoid commission fees.

The service provides home sellers with a full page property advertisement on National-Residence.com including unlimited text and up to 10 photographs. Additional market exposure is provided with a complimentary property listing on some of the most popular property web sites in the UK. National Residence currently uploads properties to Assertahome.com, Fish4homes.co.uk and Thisislondon.co.uk.

Property details can be submitted on-line or by post. Homes are advertised until sold for a single fee of £59. For Sale boards displaying the National Residence web site address and Free Phone are available for an additional £25.

Viewing appointments are arranged directly with the seller using the contact details displayed on their property advertisement. The National Residence `Hot Notify` facility allows buyers to register their requirements and receive automatic e-mail notification when suitable properties become available.
